Mountainfilm on Tour Ojai returns this September—and the tradition continues to grow!

For 12 years, this unforgettable evening has brought thousands of people together to celebrate the stories, ideas, and adventures that inspire us to see the world differently. More than a film festival, Mountainfilm on Tour has become one of Ojai's most anticipated community events—a night where conservation, storytelling, and connection take center stage.

Get the weekend started on Friday, September 18 with Under the Open Sky. This isn't the same event you've attended before. To celebrate the completion of OVLC's Land + Legacy Campaign, we're transforming our signature event with an exceptional meal that honors the land itself, a Mountainfilm on Tour lounge and pop-up bar inside the Hollingsworth Barn, live music, and new experiences throughout the historic Ventura River Steelhead Preserve. Help us kick off Mountainfilm on Tour Ojai and celebrate conservation, community, and the future of the Ojai Valley.

Then, join Ojai Valley Land Conservancy on Saturday, September 19, 2026, for an evening filled with award-winning short films, live music, great food, local beer and wine, and the energy that happens when community gathers outdoors for a shared experience.

As the sun sets, settle onto the lawn and enjoy a handpicked collection of Mountainfilm favorites from Telluride and beyond. From breathtaking outdoor adventures and environmental triumphs to powerful human stories and unexpected moments of joy, these films will challenge, inspire, entertain, and move you.

Come early to enjoy live music, food trucks, local brews from Topa Topa Brewing Co., our annual raffle, and time with friends old and new before the films begin.

TICKETS

General Admission: $35 + fees

Child Ticket (Under 12 years old): $10 + fees

Day of Event Ticket: $40 + fees

Current Donor Ticket: $25 + fees

**Please note, no outside alcohol will be allowed. Bags will be searched upon entry. This community event is a fundraiser for OVLC. All proceeds from the event go towards our mission to protect and restore the natural landscapes of the Ojai Valley forever.

Join us Friday, September 18, at the Ventura River Steelhead Preserve for Under the Open Sky, an evening of great food, films, and community. Enjoy a locally sourced farm-to-table dinner, drinks from Topa Topa Brewing Co. and Ventura Spirits, along with live music to set the mood. Snap a keepsake at the photo booth and browse through our virtual auction before the excitement builds for a special fundraising moment to support local conservation efforts.

All attendees will also receive a complimentary ticket to Saturday night’s Mountainfilm on Tour.
