The success of this event, OVLC’s largest event of the year, depends in large part on our dedicated community of event volunteers. This year we expect to welcome roughly 2,000 attendees, which is why we really need your help!

If you have two hours (or even more), we would love your help on Saturday, September 21 between 10 am—12 pm and 3—10 pm.

We need help in some areas more than others (jobs and shift times listed to the right). Please RSVP here and indicate the overall hours you are available across all jobs and shifts you are interested in.

Volunteers who donate 2 hours or more of their time will receive complimentary access to the show.

  • A/V Set Up:  10am - 12pm  *requires lifting heavy equipment*

  • General Event Set Up:  2 - 4pm

  • Ticket Sales:  4:15 - 7:15pm,  6:45 - 8:45pm

  • Parking:  4:30 - 6:30pm

  • Bike Valet:  4:30 - 6:30pm,  6:30 - 8:30pm,  8:30 - 9:30pm

  • Raffle Table:  4:30 - 6:30pm,  6 - 8:30pm

  • Swag Table:  4:30 - 6:30pm,  6 - 8:30pm

  • Beer Pouring/Checking IDs:  4:30 - 7:00pm,  6:30 - 8:30pm

  • Event Break Down:  9 - 10pm  *high need for volunteers at this time*

If you are tech-savvy, have experience using Square or other card readers, or have worked ticketing before, please let us know. Duties will be assigned by OVLC staff based on availability and need 1 week prior to the event.
