With all this incredible rain, plants on our preserves are flourishing! But, this means invasive plants are too. 

Help us remove invasive plants on the Ojai Meadow Preserve this Thursday.

Time: 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

What We'll Be Doing:

We'll be removing invasive species at the Ojai Meadow Preserve.

Work will involve hand-pulling weeds; the use of hand tools like hula hoes, specialized gardening knives (Hori Horis!) and rakes; and bagging weeds for removal from the site.

What You'll Need:

Please bring gloves and closed-toe shoes with good grip (preferably boots).

Additional recommended items include a small pack with water and snacks, pants, a long-sleeve shirt, and sun protection (sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, etc).
