Ojai Meadows Preserve needs a little love! So, we're back with another afternoon of invasive species removal.

Let's give the OMP some TLC by removing some invasive species and learning about the native plants, too!

When: Thursday, February 15th
Time: 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

What We'll Be Doing:

We'll be removing invasive species at the Ojai Meadows Preserve.

Work will involve hand-pulling weeds; the use of hand tools like hula hoes, specialized gardening knives (Hori Horis!) and rakes; and bagging weeds for removal from the site.

What You'll Need:

Please bring gloves and closed-toe shoes with good grip (preferably boots).

Additional recommended items include a small pack with water and snacks, pants, a long-sleeve shirt, and sun protection (sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, etc).
