I give, devise, and bequeath to the Ojai Valley Land Conservancy a non-profit corporation whose tax identification number is #77-0169682, the sum of $_____ (or a description of the specific asset, or percentage of my estate), for the benefit of the Ojai Valley Land Conservancy, located at PO Box 1092 Ojai, CA 93024, for whatever purpose(s) the Board of Directors of that organization in its discretion shall determine.
