JERRY DUNN – MAGICIAN OF THE MIND
A member of Hollywood’s famous Magic Castle, Jerry Dunn will entertain guests during the cocktail hour. You’ll see amazing mysteries of mind-reading and extraordinary intuition — and have a lot of fun.
(By day, Jerry is a longtime writer for the National Geographic Society. And an OVLC member.)

THE TOWNIES PODCAST
A hometown kind-of-storytelling podcast featuring the original stories of the Ventura County residents who have been in Kim Maxwell’s writing & performance class over the last 25 years.

Enjoy stories told live from our favorite neighbors.

PERSIMMONS by Chris Palmquist: A recently returned — true-blue, deep-down Townie in every sense of the word. Chris grew up here in the Ojai Valley; Nordhoff High School, The Ojai Playhouse, Ojai Ice-Cream and driving too fast through the illustrious Dip on the East End. Off to college and around the world — we are all so glad he and his beautiful words have found their way back.

THE LAND OF OPPORTUNITIES by Noah Crowe: Once upon a time Noah was a 5-foot nothin’ theater nerd in my Saturday morning teen class. Noah is now a 6 foot 2 world traveling artist/adventurer perpetually off to New York or London or South Africa. He is a Solar Power Consultant, Burning Man Regular and a brother-slash-uncle to my kids.

NUMBERS by Ilis Geronimo: Botany and math and ceramics and songwriting and bugs and beaches and buildings with vaulted ceilings and puppies and seals and anything with big brown eyes. Ilis started off in my teen class — but is now off illuminating the halls of higher learning with her beautiful words.

Jim Lashly – Bio coming soon.
